Guruji born in an interfaith family and since 1987 he is working on Interfaith Harmony and gathering people from different ethnic communities and countries in India. When he arrived in New York City in 1999 he started promoting Interfaith/Inter-religious activities at the United Nations

Since 1993, Guruji started the global movement for the World Yoga Day, World Meditation Day, World Yoga Festival, and World Meditation Festival in Kerala, India. When he arrived in New York City on September 14, 1999, he continued his movements in USA and at the United Nations.

As a peace lover, Guruji started World Peace Festivals and Summits since 1986. Guruji work with numerous UN Accredited NGOs for peace events and rallies. in 2012 Universal Peace Federation appointed him as a "Ambassador for Peace".
